First Draft:
This is the first draft of my contents page. Overall I am fairly happy with the layout of the page, as I have used columns and headings to separate out the articles into different sections to make them easier for the readers to find. I have also included an Artist Index, an idea which I have taken from NME magazine who use a Band Index. I think this is a very useful element to have on a contents page because it means that the readers now have a more convenient way of seeing if their favourite band/artist is in this issue by scanning down the alphabetical list of names.
However I do need to tweak a few little things about this page.
Firstly, I have noticed that I have forgotten to put page numbers onto my main articles, I have only put them into my Artist Index and my interview with Scarlet.
I am also not too keen about including Scarlet's single cover on the contents page, as it seems a little irrelevant at this stage and does not really fit into the structure of the page as there is no article around the single cover that mentions anything about Scarlet. I think that I am going to get rid of this element and include it in the double page spread instead, where it will be more relevant.
Lastly, I have noticed my shocking spelling in parts of my text - "many moreare srutinised by ur resident critic" so this definitely has to be corrected.

Final Contents Page:
This is my finished contents page. I have amended my draft so that I now have page numbers for all of the articles, and my spelling has all been corrected.
I have also got rid of the single cover in the bottom right hand corner of the page, and replaced it with a thumbnail of the front cover. I did this because I have noticed that most magazines have a small section at the bottom of the contents page where they give a bit of information about how to subscribe to the magazine.
Overall, I think that I have managed to continue the house style over from my front cover, by using the same colour scheme and similar fonts, to continue to create a brand identity for readers to recognise instantly.
