I wanted to try a slightly different photoshoot than I did for my front cover shots, because I did not want all of my photos to look very similar. I wanted to use props in these photos so that they could help the photos look more real than just a person standing in front of a camera.
First I tried out the use of a guitar, so it would look like I had just found Scarlet sitting down playing the guitar on the off chance (basically an action shot). I really think that these photos are quite effective as they add another element and dimesion to the photos.
I also used a cushion as a prop for one of my photos to carry the colour scheme and house style from the front cover through to the contents and double page spread, by using the Union Jack. This photo is meant to show another side of Scarlet as in all the previous photos she has been looking quite moody.
